Musculo- skeletal issues: back/neck problems, frozen shoulder, sciatica
Inflammatory conditions: arthritis, gout, hayfever, asthma, eczema, psoriasis
Fertility issues, pregnancy and labour induction
Women's health: PMS, menopause, thyroid and gynaecological problems
Digestion: IBS, constipation

My original career and training were in food and nutrition, and I've always been interested in exercise and well being. Followed by 20 years in senior HR roles, I have a wide understanding of work related stress and how to enable people to return to work and avoid further 'burn out'.
