'No pain, no gain!'... actually pain isn't a normal part of sport and exercise! So if you would like expert advice and treatment to rehab an injury or fix underlying problems then you've come to the right place.
The sports injury clinic provides treatment, rehab and advice for a range of injuries including:
- Back pain
- Ankle sprains
- Runners knee
- ITB syndrome
- Osgood Schlatters Disease
- Shoulder injuries
- and many more!
If you've suffered an injury, or if you're experiencing pain when you train then we are here to help. We'll work with you to treat your injury, relieve any pain you might be experiencing and start to get you moving again. But we won't stop there, it's important to not only treat the injury but also work out and treat the underlying problems that have led to your injury.
Once the initial injury is under control we'll start to get to work on the underlying issues helping you to get the cause of the injury sorted out, so hopefully you won't need to come back to us again for the same problem!
