I provide a professional and friendly service offering deep tissue massage, injury examination & assessment, manual therapy and personalised rehabilitation sessions for people of all activity levels and occupations, nutritional advice and food program design and personal training.
Whether you have minor aches and pains or a serious injury that you want assessed by a trained professional I will do my utmost to restore function and return you to normal activity. I have helped improve peoples' quality of living from all walks of life and wont be satisfied until your quality of life is fully restored.
I also offer sports strapping - including Kinesiotape, to help support joints that have previously suffered injury to provide support to joints that may be vulnerable. I aim to not only get my clients back to normal activity, but I pride myself on educating and motivating people to push themselves and achieve more than they ever thought they could!
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Sports Therapy degree from the University of Hertfordshire and will be starting a Masters degree in Physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia from February 2017 to further develop my professionalism.
I am a member of the Society of Sports Therapists, a REP's level 2 fitness instructor and a REP's level 3 personal trainer. I pride myself on my anatomical knowledge which optimises my soft tissue treatment.
I have worked in amateur and professional rugby; I spent 9 months in Australia working with the Brumbies. I have had further experience with Saracens rugby and also The Wallabies national rugby squad. During my experience so far I have seen a vast array of injuries and dysfunctions, all of which I apply myself fully and do whatever I can to improve symptoms and restore function.
I additionally have further experience within an NHS setting. I have gained vast experience in varied settings including shadowing several Physiotherapists within Norfolk and Suffolk, time at the Amputation ward - Pine Cottage, at Colman Hospital and time at James Paget Hospital also.

I am currently carrying out further study at the University of East Anglia - I am reading Physiotherapy (Pre-reg) at Masters level and therefore my availability will be limited. This area of study will allow me to develop my current skills further as well as increasing my treatment repertoire.
