The Natural Gateway Clinic
121 Theobald Street
I am a degree educated traditional acupuncturist practising from clinics in Elstree and Borehamwood.
I came to acupuncture as a patient several years ago after suffering with glandular fever. I was impressed that not only did it aid my recovery but it also helped my IBS, sinusitis and hayfever which I had been unable to resolve for years. I left each treatment feeling relaxed, revitilised and rejuvenated!
I loved it so much I ended up completing a second four year degree in London in Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture and changing my profession.
Professionalism is important to me and as such I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council, the UK’s largest regulatory body for practitioners of traditional acupuncture. I adhere to the Council’s Codes of Safe Practice and Professional Conduct and hold full medical malpractice insurance cover. In addition, I continue to expand my knowledge by taking courses in different acupuncture specialities such as fertility and facial acupuncture.
My consultations are tailored to each individual patient whether a first timer or returning patient. Every consideration will be taken to put you at ease and make sure you are comfortable at all times. In addition to acupuncture I also incorporate several other Traditional Chinese Medicine tools in my consultations including electro acupuncture, cupping, gua sha (vigorous rubbing of the skin) and moxa (a Chinese herb used to heat areas of trauma).
Please feel free to contact me for a free telephone consultation.
