About us

Holy Island Holistics has been offering massage therapy and Reiki in North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders for over fifteen years.

Remedial and Sports Massage which combines specialised deep tissue massage with mobilisations and trigger point therapy can help with acute musculoskeletal problems caused by e.g. injury but comes into its own when managing chronic conditions. Here a regular massage can help to keep you moving freely with less pain.

Kinesio Taping is seen on athletes at all the big sporting events. It can help to prolong the good effects of a massage working 24/7 on a soft tissue injury and speed recovery. It can also be used as a stand alone treatment supporting a weak area. Careful assessment is needed to determine the right method of taping.

Reiki is hands on energy healing and promotes a deep sense of calmness.

Thai Yoga Massage combining acupressure massage with mobilisations gives a good body workout.
