Hilary qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher 1987 and she offers private lessons and regular workshops in North London.
The Alexander Technique offers us a method with which to help ourselves use our bodies more freely and easily throughout our daily activities.
During AT lessons, the teacher gently guides pupils as they perform simple movements such as sitting, walking and lying down, so that they can gradually make changes to the way they habitually move. Research has shown that Alexander Technique lessons can reduce conditions such as back pain and can improve the quality of people's lives.
- Hilary is a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, STAT
- Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council CNHC
