I have been practicing Homeopathy since 2004 and Craniosacral Therapy since 2006. I also incorporate flower remedies to further support people in re-establishing their sense of equilibrium and well-being.
Ever since my first visit to a Homeopath many years ago I connected with this discipline, it just made sense to me and answered so many questions that I had not previously been able to find answers to, or even guess at with conventional ways of thinking about health and disease. It opened my world to a myriad of possibilities and continues to do so, as I believe it always will.
Craniosacral Therapy came to me a little later and helped me to release whiplash from various accidents and at a much deeper level to let go of long held stress and tensions in my 'life'.
To me, they are both magical in their ability to meet, listen and support our life force and encourage us in our search for the most 'well' way to be.
I love to combine combine CST with Homeopathic and flower remedies when working with clients as I have found from my own experience of receiving these therapies that they work extremely well together, it's as if they are catalysts to each other.
