About me

SPORTS AND REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPY for joint and muscular injuries from sport, leisure, work or accidents. Also relaxation and deep tissue massages.

I treat holistically, looking at the whole person, working on any problems and advising exercises, to help maintain optimum function.

I have been working as a Therapist for the past 22 years. I started as a Sports Therapist and went on to become an Osteopath. I left osteopathy when pregnant with my first child, and due to family and my husbands work commitments, returned to work as a Sports Therapist, on a part time basis. I now combine the best of Sports Therapy with my Osteopathic knowledge.

My work experience covers all age ranges and conditions.
I was affiliated with Hillingdon School of Gymnastics for 10 years and have worked with children with a variety of musculo-skeletal problems.
Over the past few years I have been working with triathletes, iron men, rugby players and netballers, many of whom have also had army backgrounds.

Evening and weekend appointments are available, as well as local home visits.
