Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is psychological acupressure that works by tapping points on the head, face, upper body and hands. You tap on the points yourself while focusing on the stress issue, phobia, bad memory, physical tension or whatever you are looking to overcome. We always concentrate on the first, worst or last time the issue was particularly powerful, so that it makes the tapping session as effective as possible.
I have used EFT myself for bereavement, to relieve stress, to sleep, get rid of headaches, on my phobia of spiders and to stop eating chocolate!
My favourite part of a tapping session is the moment that her client realises that they feel completely different about their issue, that it is not the same anymore and they can start to move on, feeling more positive.
Training, qualifications & experience
Based near to Stratford Upon Avon, I am an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, Insured and a member of AAMET International (The Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques)
£65 per session or £220 for 4 sessions.
