Welcome to bodytonic - back pain and Sports Massage Clinic.
Specialist Osteopathy, Back Pain, Cranial Osteopathy, Pregnancy and Sports Massage clinics based in Canada Water SE16, Wapping E1W & Stratford E15.

Training, qualifications & experience

Hannah graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy, achieving a distinction, from Oxford Brooke's University. She is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council and the Institute of Osteopathy. Her treatment encompasses a range of techniques including: structural osteopathy, injury rehabilitation and therapeutic and sports massage therapy. Treatment sessions are tailored to suit the individual needs of the patient, they aim to restore function and encourage the healing process offering relief from pain and stress.

On top of this, Hannah is qualified as a Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist from the Oxford School of Sports Massage with a level 5 BTEC professional diploma. She uses massage therapy to treat a range of conditions, releasing muscle tension and restoring balance. Hannah has a passion for hockey, open water swimming, and rowing, both playing and working with different teams at various sporting events. Since graduating, Hannah has attained additional qualifications in Medical Acupuncture and Kinesiology Taping which she integrates into her personalised treatment plans in both sports massage and osteopathy as part of a holistic approach to patient wellbeing.

Hannah is qualified in pregnancy massage. Massage during pregnancy is not only for relaxation but offers physical benefits as well. There are many postural changes throughout the spine, pelvis, and hips during pregnancy which can lead to muscular imbalance. Massage can help these regions to regain balance and relieve discomfort.
