I am a general practitioner but have a special interest in chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, irritable bowel syndrome and weight management. I utilize acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional and supplemental therapy and tui na massage to help patients achieve balance in their health management. I am also trained in facial rejuvenation (cosmetic) acupuncture and facial massage. A present, I also work at the NHS Whittington Hospital Pain Clinic.
I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and use all my skills and knowledge to work with the patient, understanding their belief system and needs to achieve optimal health. The more one understands the nature of the health problem, the better one can use what is available to alleviate symptoms. As a practitioner of Buddhism for over 25 years, I bring a gentle and meditative approach to my therapeutic practice.
