Grey Havens Holistic Health (GH3) is an alternative and holistic health service based in the beautiful Ironbridge Gorge, Shropshire currently offering holistic body massage services.
The GH3 mission is to help people to heal...people from all walks of life...and not only physical healing. Holistic therapies look at the whole self, which includes our emotional, mental and spiritual states as well. The body massage services currently offered will help to awaken and revitalise, to relax and comfort, to bring our clients back into themselves, in the moment.
So often in this busy world we lose touch with one another, become distant and separate, and the natural connections and comfort we get from physical touch become cut off. Massage allows that comfort to come back. It also has the amazing ability to calm the nervous system, aid in healing and help clear out the toxins we accumulate just being in our environments and leading a more sedentary lifestyle.
With a friendly demeanour centred on care and empathy and a professional background in the sciences, holistic therapist Holly Bowler wants to ensure that her therapies provide real and tangible results.
