Do you have pain* in your muscles?
Are you having difficulty moving because of stiff, tight muscles?
Do you get frustrated that you can’t turn your head fully to the side while reversing your car?
Is a stiff shoulder preventing you from getting dressed easily?
Does your shoulder ache in bed whenever you lie on your side?
Wouldn’t it be great if you could be free of that pain and get back the movement that you used to have; to be able to play squash again, the way you did before you pulled your back; or to join in with the kids’ football game in the back garden?
If this sounds like you, and you’re looking for a treatment that will make you feel better, then you’ve come to the right place.
Help yourself leave behind continuous pain and immobility - book in for a treatment so that you can find out for yourself how it can help you to feel great again.
Steve is trained and highly experienced in a range of therapeutic massage techniques (including soft tissue release, deep tissue massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy), all of which help to ease muscle pain and stiffness, and which could improve joint mobility.
His extensive training in a variety of techniques enables Steve to create a treatment that is specific to your needs, taking account of:
- your level of health and physical fitness
- your build and lifestyle, and
- the reasons for your tension, and the events occurring in your life that need to be taken into account.
It is this personal approach to your treatment that makes all the difference and gets you to where you want to be.
*NOTE: It is important that you have sought medical advice about your pain before receiving any of our therapies for pain management. This is because it is vital that we do not remove pain which could be a warning sign of an undiagnosed medical condition and so delay treatment.
Therefore, we do not offer pain management programmes to anyone suffering pain for which no medical advice has been received.
