My name is Sarah Smith and I run 'Fragrant Garden Therapies' from my purpose-built treatment room in Hampden Park, Eastbourne. I have 18 years experience in the Health and Beauty industry, providing Complementary and Holistic Therapies and Beauty treatments to clients throughout the local area.
I offer a wide range of therapies from massage (sports and Therapeutic), pregnancy massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, thai foot massage, indian head massage, facials and much more. All are tailored to the needs of the individual, in a warm and safe environment to help you gain the maximum benefit from each treatment.
Based initially in London and established in 1995, 'Fragrant Garden Therapies' is now situated in Hampden Park, Eastbourne.
Hampden Park has its own main line railway station, serving Hastings, Brighton and London Victoria and the Fragrant Garden therapy room is only 5 minutes walk from station. Parking facilities are easily available and free.
Training, qualifications & experience
My qualifications have been achieved at, and certified by, the following institutions:
- London College of Massage, London
- School of Natural Therapies, Kingston-Upon-Thames
- Wat Po Traditional Medical School, Bangkok, Thailand
- Sussex Downs College, Eastbourne, East Sussex
I am also a qualified teacher (Cert.Ed.) and have taught both beginners and post-graduate students for colleges and certified course-providers in London, Surrey, Eastbourne and Suffolk, in an extensive range of Complementary and Beauty Therapies.

All treatments are by appointment only, and are available Monday to Friday, from 10:00am – with the last appointment beginning at 7pm. I am also open, one Saturday per month. The dates of these can be found on the 'Home' page of my website.
