Fiona has been a registered complementary therapist for almost 20 years.
In this time she has continued to attend seminars and courses, keeping her knowledge up to date.
She treats each client as an individual and tries to teach her clients how they can best look after their own body.
When treating a client with Reflexology she offers the aromatherapy oils suitable for that client and also includes in her treatment, lymphatic drainage and hormone balancing and finishes off with a head massage, to work the other end of the meridian lines. If she finds areas that need help she recommends foods or supplements which could help you.
Fiona's Aromatherapy massage is designed to suit the client's wishes. She has attended a Remedial massage course and so can include deep massage if the client requests it.
Fiona is now training to be a yoga teacher and so offers helpful exercises to help improve imbalances in the body.
