Kinesiology is a powerful and effective therapy that identifies and balances the physical, emotional and nutritional needs of your body - great for treating the root cause of a problem, rather than just the symptoms.
It can help overcome: stress triggers, anxiety, rage, fatigue, lack of motivation, mood and direction, digestive problems, nutritional sensitivites / deficiencies, insomnia, headaches, brain function and muscular aches and pains.
The treatment techniques employed are drawn from eatern and western tharapies including: site specific pressure points, emotional stress release points, the meridian system, reflex points, massage, lymphatic work, neurovascular points and acupressure.
Fiona has over 10 years' experience in the Kinesiology sector and has developed a practical, flexible and direct approach that caters to the individual needs of each client. She values the combination of working on the body, muscles, joints etc, the electromagnetic pathways from Chinese Medicine, and, addressing the emotions and the part they all play in general health, energy and stability.
Training, qualifications & experience
Fiona is an experienced kinesiology practitioner having trained in two schools of kinesiology, Creative Kinesiology and Holistic Kinesiology. She is an Advanced Practitioner registered with the UK Kinesiology Federation www.kinesiologyfederation.co.uk, and a Foundation Kinesiology teacher.

Kinesiology was developed by chiropractor Dr. Goodheart. Cerain muscles are related to specific organs and acupuncture meridians. We evaluate the relationship between them using a gentle technique called muscle testing. This identifies any imbalances in the body.
Each session is normally in three parts. The first part is muscle testing and allows you to physically feel and see where your weak areas are. The second section is working on the body to bring about equilibrium. The third section is were we go back to the muscle tests, so that you can see and feel the difference and strength of your muscles.
Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation and release post session, feeling calmer, more focused, more positive and energised. If the session has focused on a physical injury there is often less pain, more mobility and flexibility.
I generally recommend three sessions, some people need less, some more, it just depends on how severe the issues are and how long you have been suffering a problem for.
