About me
I am Felicity, a satisfaction coach, yoga teacher and reflexologist who is empowering people who have become disillusioned with life to take ownership of their happiness. Having learnt from my own experience of falling off the hedonic treadmill that happiness is far deeper than just pleasure, I am passionate about passing that knowledge on to others who feel out of touch with themselves and are wondering, “is this it?” Together we can create and live a happier, healthier and more satisfied life we don’t need to escape from.
I am a qualified and experienced reflexologist, based in Chorley. As well as standard reflexology I can also provide Indian head massage. You can choose to immerse yourself in the tranquility of my treatment room or take enjoy the convenience of having a therapist come to you.
I am also a qualified yoga teacher, currently offering only one-to-one classes either online or in person around Chorley.
Training, qualifications & experience
350 hour Independent Yoga Network approved Yoga Teaching Diploma.
VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology (QCF).
Member organisations
The Association of Reflexologists (AoR) is a non-profit making association which aims to provide support to professionally qualified practitioners.
Membership is open to practitioners who have gained an approved qualification or who have provided proof that their training and practical skills meet the standards set by the AoR.
