Physiotherapy can be utilised for the treatment of a multitude of musculoskeletal conditions such as neck, middle and lower back pain, knee, hip, ankle, foot, elbow, hand, wrist and shoulder pain. Modalities much as spinal manipulation/mobilisation, soft tissue work, acupuncture, exercise therapy and postural advise are used to rehabilitate the patient back to their desired level of function.
The clinical application of cortico-steroid injections is also available at the clinic in order to calm local inflammation and then allow appropriate rehabilitation.
All patients are encouraged to get actively involved in their own rehabilitation and then are given appropriate going forward advise for the long term prevention of re-occurrence of the problem.
