Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle yet profound non-invasive, hands-on treatment for the whole body. Performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed and the touch is generally light and still. The treatment is focused on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system.
Elmer offers a speciality of pregnancy, mother and baby work.

Other available therapies
My experience includes training in Source Process and Breathwork as well as Castellino Prenatal and Birth Therapy. Both these extensive trainings are focussed on understanding and healing imprints from very early life. These practices are applicable to a variety of life transition issues including pregnancy and birth as well as life transition crises such as death and loss.
Sessions are £60.00 per hour
Pregnancy, Mother and Baby clinic £40.00 per hour, on Mondays.
The three trainings I have in Birthwork, Breathwork and Craniosacral therapy give me a firm psychological and somatic basis for my practice.
