BSc Hons Osteopathy Oxford Brookes University, Visceral The Abdomen, The Pelvis, The Thorax, Upledger craniosacral Therapy I and I I, Sound Healing with tuning forks, therapeutic ultrasound, matwork Pilates, various massage courses:sports, remedial, lymph drainage. Currently studying face and scalp microsystem acupuncture at the Yuan Centre.
I have worked at various clinics and health clubs and I have worked with athletes from many different sports.
I particularly enjoyed working with Oxford Women Lightweight Rowing Team and at Women's Henley Regatta.I like to work with people from all walks of life and I have a cosmopolitan client base. I am a great advocate of nutrition, exercise and natural remedies whenever possible to promote a balanced healthy body and wellbeing.
I am based at my practice on the Fulham Road on Tuesday and Friday 11.45 to 21.00 and Saturday from 9.00 to 14.30
First appointment: case history, examination, treatment £ 60.
Follow up appointments £55 for 45 minutes
£40 for 30 minutes
I use an eclectic mix of techniques including mobilisation, acupressure, manipulation, Visceral, turning forks, soft tissue, stretching, functional, neural mobilisation, therapeutic ultrasound, microsystem acupuncture, Yoga and Pilates based exercises.
A mix of appropriate techniques will be chosen for you and with your consent.
