Elite Sports Therapy is a specialist musculoskeletal injury and rehabilitation clinic that operates within the Worcester area. We pride ourselves on our ability to accurately diagnose and treat people of all ages and with all types of conditions. This is accomplished through an integrating approach that incorporates hands on treatment, rehabilitation, and take home exercises in order to get you back to full functional fitness as soon and as safely as possible.
Training, qualifications & experience
At Elite Sports Therapy we pride ourselves on our ability to provide a professional and personal service. We offer a range of individually tailored treatments, rehabilitation exercises, and training programmes that are all designed to speed up the process of healing, repair and recovery, and ensure that you remain free from recurrent injury.
At Elite Sports Therapy we have experience of working with athletes from a variety of sports including Semi-Professional Footballers, PGA Golfers, Mixed Martial Artists, Marathon Runners, and recreational athletes.
Our Sports Therapists are trained to graduate level (BSc or MSc) and have a number of additional qualifications including Strength and Conditioning, Personal Training, Kinesiology taping and First Aid. We are also qualified to give dietary advice.

Appointments are available from just £30 for a full 1 hour session.This includes treatment and rehabilitation specific to your individual needs, as well as home care advice and exercises. Your initial appointment will also include a full consultation and injury diagnosis.

Sports Therapy is a specialised practice that focuses on prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement of the physically-active individual. To successfully accomplish these goals, Sports Therapists utilise a variety of modalities to effectively treat and rehabilitate a variety of conditions. The Sports Therapist will use a mixture of these methods to design and implement an individualised treatment and rehabilitation programme.
