I recommend you to take a package of sessions, ideally 6 or 12 weeks worth.  It is more cost-effective and also sets up a conscious and subconscious commitment and intention. Sessions can be used as 1 hr or 1 ½ hours, depending on the requirement. Payment is required in advance to hold your space.
