Dina Heeringa Carabelli, Reiki Master
I have always had an interest in development and personal growth for myself as well as others. Reiki has been central to my life in recent years and I am excited to share it now with others as a Reiki healer.
Reiki is an ancient system of energy transmission which stimulates the body's innate healing abilities to get to the root of problems, whether physical, mental or emotional. As a mindful practitioner, I am fully qualified and meet all criteria of the Reiki National Occupational standards.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been trained as a Reiki Master under the Usui System of Reiki by Reiki Master Torsten Alexander Lange, who is the founder and principal teacher of the Reiki Academy London. I was taught the traditional form of Reiki including many Japanese techniques, as passed on by Dr. Mikao Usui, and can trace my lineage back to him.
I am also a member of UK Reiki Federation.
The cost is £75 per session.
"Distant" Reiki, where Reiki is sent to you at a distance to where you are or sent to someone you know (with their permission) costs £45 per session.
What Happens During a Reiki session?
There will be a brief introductory consultation followed by the client laying on a couch (the client does not remove clothing other than shoes). The practitioner's hands will be resting lightly on or above the fully clothed body to bring a gentle warming energy to the client, who will absorb as much Reiki during the session as their body requires. In a peaceful environment the practitioner will administer Reiki over a period of 50 minutes.
Reiki sessions are a wonderful opportunity to take a relaxing break during a busy day to restore and re-balance your energy. To book a Reiki session in Putney or at a distance please email me at email@example.com or call 07807 086 219.
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
