With over 10 years experience in holistic therapies my main focus is on improved health and well-being with an emphasis on relaxation, stress reduction, and preventative health care.
By having a wide range of therapies in my toolbox I am better able to offer you a tailor made treatment designed specifically with you in mind. I appreciate that with so many therapies out there to choose from it can be confusing to appreciate which one is best for you at this particular time. For that reason I am happy to offer you help and guidance which will allow you the freedom to find the best treatment to offer you the comfort and support that you need right now. My treatments address the `whole’ person and promote relief from symptoms as well as providing natural re-alignment of the imbalances causing the problem.
Early in 2014 I became qualified to teach and now provide training courses that are fully accredited with Guild of Holistic Therapists. I am a provider of Solace Training Academy training courses. Solace is based in Shrewsbury and at the Gorge Therapy & Training Centre in Telford. I am passionate about my therapies and am so pleased to be able to pass on my skills and knowledge to others – ensuring a high standard of course delivery and ongoing support to students/practitioners.
