I have been practising Progressive Kinesiology since 2006.
Kinesiology is an holistic therapy. It treats the whole body, not just the symptoms. It helps to uncover and treat the underlying causes of ill-health. To get well the cause of the problem needs to be found, and dealt with, not just the symptoms.
Kinesiology mixes the wisdom of Chinese medicine (acupuncture points and the Chi energy) with the Western knowledge of nutrition and anatomy.
It works on the emotional, structural and chemical/nutritional elements to balance the whole body. If the body is not balanced, good health cannot be achieved.
It uses muscle testing to ascertain the energy imbalances. There is no need to remove any clothing. A treatment lasts approximately one hour.
With the information gained through this, treatments could include:
Flower remedies/ homeopathy/ herbs.
Massaging acupuncture points to assist with the flow of lymph and blood around the body.
Testing for food sensitivities and toxins.
Emotional stress release,
Balancing body bio-chemicals.
This therefore has the potential to help with any health problems.
I am also a Reiki practitioner. This is a gentle non-invasive energy that helps the body to heal itself. It can be used on anyone. The healing energy goes to where it is needed most and assists the body's own healing powers. A session lasts approximately 45 minutes.
I am also now a fully qualified Spiritual healer with The Healing Trust (NFSH). Spiritual healing works in a similar way to Reiki, but the healing works on a different frequency and some people will prefer this treatment for that reason. It is really a matter of personal preference.
Appointments available daytime, evenings and Saturdays.
