Training, qualifications & experience
It started with the body….. Massage, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candles. That’s great I thought, relax your body and the mind will follow…. then came the esoteric work, spiritual development …. relax your body…. relax your soul….. and finally came the mind with Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. This then tied in with the mind, body and spirit completely which is what Holistic Therapy is all about. Holistic is the Greek word for “whole”, so holistic is treating the whole person, mind, body and spirit.
So I now have a whole range of experience and knowledge and I know how to help you. I also remember what it was like when I too was stressed and anxious. I look forward to helping you RELAX, restore your confidence and be the person YOU want to be.
I have a beautiful peaceful dedicated therapy room in Titchfield Common where you will instantly feel better. I also visit a local care home and give Reiki, counselling and comfort to their residents. I genuinely believe I have the best job in the world, helping people to unwind, relax, helping them to find perspective, and quite simply giving people comfort, connecting them with their own Spirit Within.
