Debbie Pettit RGN, MAR
I am an experienced Reflexologist offering treatments in a clinic environment or in the comfort of your own home
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a gentle non-intrusive holistic therapy.
Using gentle pressure and massage, reflexology induces a deep state of relaxation and encourages the body to restore its own healthy balance.
Who can benefit from Reflexology?
Reflexology is suitable for all ages from babies to adults.
Reflexology isn't painful and doesn't tickle!
As a holistic therapy it can offer:
- Increased relaxation
- Increased wellbeing
- Released tension
- Improved sleep
- Improved mood
Reflexology does not diagnose or cure but can support people living with health conditions and stress related issues.
You won't know if it works unless you try it!
Training, qualifications & experience

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
