About me

Reflexology | Maternity & Fertility Reflexology | Thai Foot Massage | Facial Rejuvenation | Natural Facial

Hello! I'm Debbie and I am passionate about helping people feel better using natural therapies.

I graduated in clinical Reflexology in 2011 at the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR) and have since continued to expand my skills and techniques to include a range of other natural therapies and post-graduate reflexology courses.

My therapies include Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology,Thai Foot Massage and Facial Rejuvenation - Natural Facelift Massage.

I've worked in a range of settings including private practices, social care settings and wellbeing events and have enjoyed the different challenges and experiences that this has brought to my practice.

I practice from the The Centre for Whole Health in Bedminster and the Wells Road Osteopaths clinic in Knowle.

I offer a calm, restorative approach and use my specialist techniques to bring wellbeing to both body and mind. I look forward to helping you to feel more balanced, energised and refreshed.

I am a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Complementary Therapists Association (CthA).

About Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive holistic therapy. It is based on the principle that there are reflex areas on the feet and hands which correspond to all the organs, glands, and parts of the body.

Reflexology uses a unique combination of finger and thumb pressure applied to these reflex points to promote positive physiological changes in the body. Stimulating these reflexes can help with many health problems in a natural way.

A reflexology treatment is tailored to each individual client and seeks to restore balance, improve circulation and blood supply to the body, encourage relaxation and invigorate the health of the client.

Maternity Reflexology

Reflexology is a wonderful treatment to receive when you are pregnant and specialist techniques are used to relieve and prevent all the conditions associated with pregnancy.

Using reflexology may also be really beneficial for couples seeking to conceive, for pain relief during labour and to help stimulate a faster healing process post-natal.

Thai Foot Massage

Thai Foot Massage developed around 20 years ago as an offshoot of Traditional Thai  Massage which has been practiced in Thailand for centuries.  Techniques from Traditional Thai Massage have been combined with elements of Chinese, Japanese & Korean reflexology, Shiatsu and Chinese massage to produce a treatment both stimulating and incredibly relaxing.

Thai Foot Massage is a wonderful treatment if you have poor circulation, and is particularly enjoyable for cyclists and runners since it includes massage of the lower legs as well as the ankles and feet.

Facial Rejuvenation (Natural Face Lift Massage)

Facial Rejuvenation (also called Natural Face Lift Massage) is a natural, holistic treatment developed by Kundan and Narendra Mehta using ancient Ayurvedic techniques.

The treatment focuses on the face, head and neck using the hands to perform specific techniques that require no cream, oils or special equipment.

The specific techniques of Facial Rejuvenation work to free constrictions in the collagen and elastin fibres of the face and neck, ease tension that has built up in the muscles, as well as improve blood and lymphatic circulation and rebalance energy.

You may find that you benefit from a more vibrant, glowing and youthful appearance with improved skin tone, skin condition and elasticity. You may also find a reduction in puffiness, wrinkles and expression lines.

The treatment is incredibly relaxing and focuses on improving overall wellbeing and general health by using Ayurvedic energy balancing and stimulating acupressure points.  This may benefit people who have trouble sleeping or who suffer from stress-related conditions, as well as people who have sinus-related allergies.
