Mind and Body provides Osteopathy and gait analysis services to clients throughout the local area and draws patients from all over the UK who wish to improve their posture and sporting performance. The clinic, is located on the Harpenden side of St. Albans. 

I provide individuals with a professional Osteopathy service and have a fully functional treatment centre, with gait analysis facilities and slow motion video replay. Expert in the analysis of gait induced problems, I use osteopathic techniques and custom modified orthotics where necessary to remove pain and improve sporting performance. 

Gait analysis is central to the practice and it will often unlock the causes of low back pain and knee and hip problems. 

I have developed a sophisticated model of shoulder mechanics and have been successful in improving many intractable cases. 

I treat people of all ages, and specialise in the treatment of sports people who wish to pro actively improve their performance. I work with young peoples' sports teams and international and professional athletes. 

Whilst working mostly from myClinic in St Albans, I work one day a week in the world renowned Gait and Posture Centre in London's Harley Street. Here, I work closely with Simon Costain, a renowned podiatrist, and together we lecture on a whole body approach to postural improvement and biomechanics.
