Here to support your ability to recover and to cultivate physical and psychological well being.
Since the late eighties, through Shiatsu, Meditation and other Complementary therapies I have been working with many people seeking relief from a variety of physical and psychological conditions. Currently I offer support for Injuries, Postural, Breathing and Movement co-ordination, Women Health, Difficult Emotions and Life Transitions. I can further help you to correct imbalances before they develop into serious illnesses; to relieve physical and internal tension and stiffness; to release toxins and waste products and with Chronic Pain and Stress Management.
With Shiatsu I integrate numerous body and mind skills in response to your condition, needs and lifestyle and to further assist your recovery in between or after a series of sessions, I can suggest costumised self-healing exercises, movements and meditations.

is a specialization of Shiatsu developed by the late International Shiatsu Teacher Akinobu KIshi in the late eighties. Seiki works to promote and recover health by supporting the self-balancing of the organism (osmosis in western medicine or Ki in Shiatsu) to remain responsive and alert. It has an effect of deepening the breath, re-aligning the posture and naturally inviting release of minor and core physical, emotional and mental patterns. Clients have reported that Seiki has helped them to enter deep relaxation, to feel re-connected and more ready to engage with life as a whole.
