About me

I decided to study homeopathy after visiting a homeopath over a period of time with my daughter. I was impressed by the sophisticated approach she took towards my daughter's health. The homeopath explored her medical history in depth, including what illnesses were in the family background and what was particular about her. Then she monitored her progress closely.

I love that homoeopathy acknowledges the interaction between mind and body, that it sees the human body as highly dynamic and constantly in flux, that the body strives towards self healing and throws things up along the way. I like that homoeopathy works in tune with the body and that homoeopaths respond to the signals the body sends out as symptoms whether physical, or emotional.

I enjoy meeting people, listening to them, learning from them and seeing them progress in health and well being.

I enjoy working with adults and children.

I work from 3 locations: 23 Belle Vue Rd, E17, Forest Therapy Centre in South Woodford,75 Station Passage, E18 1JL and Willows Complementary Centre in Highams Park, 3 Broadway Parade, E4 9HL.

Training, qualifications & experience

B.Sc. Health Science / Homoeopathy, University of Westminster
B.A. Social Science (Hons), University of Paisley,
Diploma in Systems Analysis & Design.

I have experience of working with a range of problems. However, I treat the person rather than the disease. I work with emotional, mental and physical symptoms rather than named diseases or conditions. I have worked with male and female adults, children, teenagers and pregnant women (to relieve some of the discomforts experienced in pregnancy).

Prescriptions are individual which means they are tailored to your experience of your symptoms, and to your general preferences for heat, or cold for example.
