About me
Colette is a fully qualified Aromatherapist and Holistic Massage Therapist who trained at the London Wellness Academy and the London School of Massage both of which are accredited by the International Therapies Examination Council (ITEC). She is also qualified in advanced and deep tissue massage therapy. She has worked in a hospital setting offering therapy to palliative care and cancer patients
Aromatherapy Massage uses essential oils extracted from herbs, flowers and fruits to naturally enhance and help heal the body during the massage process. Some of the health benefits of aromatherapy massage include its capacity to reduce anxiety, ease depression, improve energy levels, accelerate the healing process, eliminate headaches, boost emotional and intellectual performance, aid sleep, enhance the immune system, reduce pain, improve digestion, and increase circulation. An aromatherapy massage is, of course wonderfully relaxing too.
Her practice is based in Waltham Forest which is easily accessible from areas around North East London and Essex including Walthamstow, Chingford, Leytonstone, Leyton, Loughton and Buckhurst Hill
Training, qualifications & experience
Colette trained with the London Wellness Academy in Holistic Swedish Massage (Level 3)
and with the London School of Massage in Aromatherapy (Level 3). She is also qualified in advanced and deep tissue massage.
Colette has worked at a local hospital providing massage for cancer and palliative care patients
