Claire Winter CRM5, PRM
Claire Winter Clinical Reflexology
Stockport - Cheshire
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that can help with many ailments that are acute, as well as chronic. It can also help / support clients who are navigating through life’s challenges, helping to rebalance the mind and body.
I offer treatments which are home based or mobile (if required), my initial treatment session comprises of a full induction allowing me to fully understand the clients' requirement. From this information I create bespoke treatment plans which are reviewed in line with the clients' changing needs. Within each session I work intuitively on the feet, hands and ears ensuring maximum benefit from each session, in addition to giving the client self-help techniques to support their progress in-between treatments.
The treatments are holistic and look at the whole body, supporting and promoting good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle in addition to supporting physical and mental wellbeing.
I enjoy building new partnerships which support personal growth and wellbeing.
