Patient Testimonial , January 2013
"I received physiotherapy treatment from Claire after a whiplash injury left me suffering from neck, shoulder and back problems, restricted upper body movement and steadily increasing amounts of muscle spasm.
In just 2 sessions with Claire, manipulation of the spine in conjunction with deep muscle massage straightened my spine and relieved the muscle spasm. In addition, the freedom of movement I felt after the second session was just amazing and ever so welcome! Claire also provided a set of exercises to strengthen the back and shoulder muscles and to help maintain the range of motion.
I have the utmost confidence in Claire's expertise and ability, especially since she spotted that my right hip was also misaligned whilst we were working through some of the supporting exercises. A problem she was able to deal with there and then. It is now 3 months since the physiotherapy treatment was completed and to date, I have had no further repercussions.
Claire is a very capable / superb physiotherapist who is caring and dedicated to helping people. I would recommend her services to anyone."
