Training, qualifications & experience
I have been trained in Reiki since 2010, and Crystal Therapy since 2012, I am a member of the Guild of holistic therapists, and fully insured.
I was a carer for 10 years, I often gave Reiki to the elderly, when they asked me.
I have always been interested in natural therapies, and love to learn new therapies.

Crystal Healing Therapy
This is fast becoming one of the most popular therapies across the world.
They were used thousands of years ago, even in biblical times.
I use them on the Chakras of the body,
clients are fully clothes at all times
when the crystals are placed on the body, they eminate their own frequencies
to help heal the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
It is another very relaxing therapy.
As with all the therapies one needs to do regular sessions, but on a timescale you can afford.
Reiki: £28 - 40 mins
Crystal Therapy: £20 - 1hr
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
