Christelle Stockdale BSc, ITEC, Dip Herb, ND, MAMH
My name is Christelle Stockdale and my passion is helping my clients to achieve optimum health, well-being and vitality with natural healing methods.
I will work with you to devise a treatment plan tailored uniquely to you as I believe in treating the person and not the disease!
Herbal medicine, massage and naturopathy may help with a wide range of health conditions including:
Allergies, Children’s Health, Digestion, Energy, Fatigue, Hair, Skin and Nails, Heart Health, Joint Mobility, Memory, Menopause, Men’s Health, Mood, PMS, Respiratory Health, Skin Conditions, Sleep Disorders, Stress and Anxiety, Urinary Health, Weight Control, Women’s Health and much more.
Even if you don’t have a specific health complaint but would simply like some help and advice to feel better, get more out of life, and prevent illness, this is where herbal medicine and naturopathy may also really help. I firmly believe that feeling good is our birthright, and that great health is a feeling of VITALITY: as the World Health Organisation stated in 1948: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease of infirmity.”
I welcome people with any kind of health issue or concern from acute to chronic and have a particular interest and expertise in:
- Reducing stress, anxiety and depression
- Boosting immunity and energy levels
- Food Intolerances
- Skin conditions including eczema and psoriasis
- Digestive and Hormonal problems
I also teach workshops and run herb walks.

What to expect on the first visit
Your first consultation will last an hour and involve an in-depth discussion of your presenting condition, as well as covering your past medical and family history, diet, lifestyle and emotional health. I’ll go through with you the functioning of all your body systems and may carry out diagnostic examination of the tongue, pulse, eyes and blood pressure as indicated. This hour is for you to discuss YOU and any problems you want to talk about.
Thereafter, I’ll usually prescribe herbal tinctures or supplements as well as giving dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
Follow up sessions usually last 30 minutes although more time can be booked if required. We will review how you are feeling and how the treatment is going; discuss any ongoing and new issues and review your herbal, dietary, lifestyle and supplement programs.
