Hi my name is Chris from Life 4 Living Therapy.
I am a qualified Wellbeing Practitioner, specialising in Stress and the related conditions of Anxiety, Insomnia, Emotional Eating and Confidence issues.
I use various techniques that help relax and balance the client - emotionally and mentally.
I am continually amazed at the results I am getting with Reiki in one to one treatments and Distance treatments and feel so privileged to be able to offer such profound and amazing techniques that are so effective.
How I Work.
I start off by having a chat with the client to assess their needs and to see if my skills and experience would help them with their condition(s).
Then we will book an initial introductory session, which will be 90 minutes in duration.
This will allow for an assessment of the challenges present with the client and what is the best way to proceed. At the end of the introductory session, one of the programmes I run will be recommended as the best way move forwards. Each of my programmes are personalised to accommodate a client's individual needs.
My broad career experience means that I can work comfortably with clients from all walks of life. I am dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for my clients because each one is special to me. I also know how much it means to them and I care about their well-being.
Humour also plays a big part in our sessions because laughter and smiles are so important for our well-being. I never stand on ceremony. I’m very much a people-person who loves meeting people and listening to their stories – treating each session with confidentiality and respect.

Wellbeing Programme: £200.00
This programme consists of treatments that are focused on De-Stressing the individual.
From the moment you enter the treatment room to the time you leave, the whole experience will leave you feel balanced, calmer and relaxed.
The Wellbeing Programme consists of 5 treatments taken on separate occasions .
As part of the programme, the treatments available are: Reiki and De-Stress and Relaxation Hypnotherapy.
It has been very effective program in reducing Stress - physically and mentally.

As part of the Wellbeing programme, I encourage all my clients to rest and relax after each treatment so they gain the full benefit of the treatment .
It is recommended that you drink more water after a treatment as you can find yourself feeling dehydrated.
As part of all the on going Therapy programmes, I encourage all my clients to undertake the self development work provided.
As I am firm believer that any cognitive restructuring work that is undertaken during the therapy session, should be enhanced by the client putting their new behaviour into practice.
This helps to create the new behaviours into a new and healthy habit.
The self development work will depend upon what is agreed at the time.
As a Mindful Living Coach, I do teach and encourage my clients to try Mindfulness Meditation which has the benefit of bringing awareness into daily lives of the type of thoughts they experience and the additional factor of great for relaxation and creating calmness.
If a hypnosis recording is given, I encourage my clients to listen to before going to bed on a regular basis so to reinforce the changes that have occurred during the treatment session.
I also encourage my clients to use the EFT techniques themselves if their emotional trigger might arise again.
