Sports massage has many different benefits such as; stretching tight muscles, promote healing of injured tissue, reducing and relieving pain, and also relaxes or stimulates. I can offer pre- and post-exercise sports massage, injury massage and a general massage, all of which involve the use of different sports massage techniques.
Pre event is designed to stimulate and prepare you for exercise.
Post event is designed to relax sore muscles and sore minds.
Injury massage is designed to help treat and rehabilitate soft tissue injuries.
A general sports massage uses a variety of different techniques if you just want to relax and relieve tension.
Sports massage is suitable for all individuals, not just sports people.
