Naturopathic consultations can help with a wide variety of health conditions, from digestive disorders to fertility issues to weight loss, and include a mix of nutritional advice, herbal medicine, flower essences, iridology and bodywork therapies (such as massage, ear candling and Reiki) to provide the best and most appropriate treatment for you.
Your first consultation will last 1 hour and will include a detailed case history plus an assessment of your diet and lifestyle. Together, we will create a personalised treatment plan that is suitable for you and will optimise your health and wellbeing.
We are dedicated to motivating, educating and empowering you towards better health and wellbeing.
Advance bookings only. Evening/weekend appointments and home visits or telephone consultations are available for some treatments on request.
Training, qualifications & experience
I studied for 4 years in Sydney, Australia, where Naturopathy is taught to the highest standard. I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Complementary Medicine and diplomas in Advanced Naturopathy, Nutrition and Remedial Massage.
I have over 15 years’ experience working in prestigious health clinics and spas in Sydney, London, Cyprus and the Maldives. Passionate about health and wellbeing, my aim is to facilitate this enthusiasm in my clients by encouraging you to explore various options of healing – everyone is treated on an individual basis, no two people or treatments are the same.
I value personal ongoing training and development and regularly attend clinical protocol seminars and trade conferences. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and I am fully insured through Holistic Insurance Services.
