About me

I use a whole plant medicine approach to Western Herbal Medicine - prescribing teas, tinctures and creams made from whole plants rather than extracts. I also offer diet and lifestyle advice to support health. Herbal Medicine can be used at any age and can be prescribed safely during pregnancy.

The initial consultation allows us to fully explore your health and lifestyle factors which may be influencing your health. A consultation is particularly recommended if your situation is complex, for example, you are taking a number of conventional medications.

I offer clinic appointments in Glasgow on Tuesday mornings and Saturdays.

I also offer group sessions on herbal medicine, including foraging walks; make your own remedies and talks on specific ailments or life stages.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a degree in Herbal Medicine, which included qualifications in Therapeutic Massage and Aromatherapy. Since graduating, I have also completed an advanced qualification on the use of Massage in Pregnancy. Prior to studying Herbal Medicine, I worked with people with addictions and mental health concerns.
