Training, qualifications & experience
During the late 1990's I decided to change career direction following some minor health issues. I was inspired by the amazing results I experienced through visiting a naturopath, and started to explore the natural healthcare field by reading, attending talks and workshops, including Food Therapy Training with a holistic GP.
I then embarked on two training paths and qualified with distinction as a Reflexologist with the Association of Reflexologists in 2001, and as a Nutritional Therapist with the College of Natural Nutrition in 2004.
I worked as a complementary therapist with The Aston Clinic, New Malden, until 2003, and have since been working with Dr Shamim Daya at the Wholistic Medical Centre, where I trained, and work as a Thermographer as well as practicing as a Nutritional Food Therapist and Reflexologist.
During this time I have undertaken various additional training courses including Bio Meridian Screening, Electro Lymphatic Therapy, Reiki, Therapeutic Essential Oils, Psych K and various nutrition and reflexology workshops enabling me to better meet the individual needs of my clients.
I currently practice from locations in Weybridge and Worcester Park Surrey as well as the Wholistic Medical Centre in Harley Street London.
