Reflexology is fast becoming a popular therapy for those individuals who want to explore an alternative to conventional medicine. It is based on the belief that every area of the body is reflected in the feet. By accessing these areas on the feet some people experience a change in their physical health.
Of the individuals I have treated the most prevalent reoccurring benefit is an increased sense of well-being and the second is a good night sleep.
Of course everyone is different and we all have different experiences with Reflexology. It is important to remember that Reflexology cannot claim to cure any illness or complaint.
