Valentin Body Rebalance is a mobile sports and remedial massage clinic in the Sevenoaks area.

I use specialised massage techniques for the treatment of muscle imbalances and injuries. These are remedial massage, deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue release and neuro muscular techniques.

You can also get advice on stretches, strengthening exercises, on rehabilitation and on how to improve your posture.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have a BTEC Professional Diploma in sports massage from Essential for Health in London.

I am a member of Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage, ISRM, which requires me to develop my skills by attending professional development courses, seminars and lectures.

I am also a trained nurse and currently studying osteopathy part-time.

Fees

1 hour treatment weekdays £45.

Weekend treatments available at £50.
