I provide reflexology treatments in my clients own homes. This is the easiest way to fit the benefits of reflexology into your busy schedule. Reduced stress & enhanced energy levels are the most renowned effects of reflexology. I will come on a day & time that suits you. A treatment at home means you can also rest afterwards should you need to.

It is a very popular treatment during all stages of pregnancy. In my practice I support many clients cope with the stress of suffering from anxiety, poor sleep, head aches, digestive problems, sinusitis, back and neckache and muscle & joint problems (especially feet and legs) as well as infertility.

I also give reflexology to children and often treat the whole family.

I have worked at the request of medical practitioners to use reflexology to provide relaxation to clients suffering from more serious illnesses such as cancer, M.S. and depression.

I am happy to travel anywhere in zones 1-2, roughly about a 5 mile radius from the map shown below, and also North West London. Other areas may be possible - please ask. I can also give treatments in hospital or hotels as required.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have been working as a therapist for over 25 years and a mobile reflexologist for 20 years. I first became interested in holistic medicine after spending a year in the Far East and China.

I have worked in some of London's best known Health Clubs and clinics including The Sanctuary in Covent Garden, Cannons Health Club in Bloomsbury, Lambton Place Health Club in Notting Hill (now BodyWorksWest), and the Third Space Clinic for Integrated Medicine in Soho.
As well as my mobile practice I currently work as an in-house therapist in a major bank in the City of London.
I have also spent time working in a holistic clinic in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I qualified with the Bayly School of Reflexology in 1992 and have since done further study into Maternity reflexology, Paediatric reflexology, Vertical reflexology, Advanced reflexology and Clinical reflexology. I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists and fully C.R.B. checked and insured.

I am also a qualified massage therapist, and have practised massage for over 25 years. Nowadays however I prefer to focus solely on reflexology treatments and use the knowledge gained through my massage therapy experience to complement my reflexology practice.

My interests include philosophy, psychology, meditation and yoga.

Fees

£50 per hour in NW3 or £55/60 per hour depending on distance travelled. £100 for two consecutive hours or £275/300 for 6 treatments if paid for in advance.
