I know, I’ve been there…I thought I was living a balanced life but really it was like balancing on an over stretched tight rope.
I was so busy helping others I forgot to take time to help myself. My digestion wasn’t great and I really couldn’t here what my body needed.
I was always searching for answers and trying different things and really taking the long way round to find them . Because of my deep interest in health and wellbeing I have dedicated so much time into training and learning about these subjects. It took a lot of soul searching, traveling and questioning to really learn the skills I needed to learn in order to listen and tune into the needs of my body.
It is a constant practice and really it is a lifestyle change.

I recommend you wear comfortable clothing and if possible clear your schedule for after the massage to give your self the time to allow your body the time to assimilate the benefits of your treatment.
Parking is available outside the location and public transport is no more than 2 minutes walk away.
