Parents & carers who attend the IAIM baby massage course learn so much more than just a massage routine. The IAIM comprehensive course covers touch, movement, relaxation, interaction and communication and its fun!
The course for newborns to crawlers takes place throughout the year at my Corstorphine home or at your home e.g. NCT groups, ante-natal classes, twins. The weekly sessions are always baby led and take 60-90 minutes, which includes massage, chat about postnatal topics, hand-outs and refreshments.
You will learn a full body massage routine for your baby, including a specific massage for the tummy to help with colic and yoga moves.

Training, qualifications & experience
Alison is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage and has been delivering the course to mums, dads and carers in NHS settings, community centres and in parents homes since 2010 and a massage therapist since 1995. She loves using it on her 1 year old daughter who suffered terribly from trapped wind as a young baby.
