I am a qualified reflexologist (MAR) and also trained In pre-conception and maternity reflexology, helping support women through the conception process, pregnancy and beyond. I have regular clinics at Oldwick Therapy Centre, Lavant. I do offer evening appointments and always try my best to work around clients needs. I have such a passion for the holistic approach to health and truly believe that reflexology is a powerful way to help balance the body naturally, helping it to work more healthily and can improve ones well being both inside and out. My aim as a practitioner is to relax the body and mind through reflexology. My clinics are run in quiet, relaxing environments where clients can take time out of their busy lives and fully relax, gaining that much needed 'you' time, whilst benefiting from the joy of reflexology. I feel reflexology can benefit anyone!

At reflexation, we now offer Indian Head Massage which is a holistic massage, aiming to reduce tension in the upper shoulders, neck and head. The benefits of Indian Head Massage as not only physical but can help improve symptoms of anxiety and stress.
Training, qualifications & experience
Level 3 diploma in Reflexology gaining MAR status
Full member of the Association of Reflexologists
Part 1 Maternity reflexology CPD training (AOR accredited)
Part 2 Maternity reflexology training (AOR accredited)

Indian Head Massage
£40 for initial consultation (1 1/2 hours)
£30 for a 1 hour treatment.
