Meditation is important for every human being. Research has shown that meditation elevates happiness, reduces anxiety and improves concentration.
It doesn’t have to take hours, you don’t have to clear your mind of every single thought and you don’t need to sit cross-legged on a cushion to do it.
It can help you process your thoughts, your life, raise your energy & vibration or just allow you to be more peaceful.

Various types of meditation & techniques to use including:
- Guided visualisation
- Importance of breath
- Benefits of meditation
- Plus general group discussions / exercises / relevant topics around additional support
Who should attend?
Anyone who wants to learn about meditation in a safe and supportive environment. Complete beginners or people with some experience. Helping those who wish to reduce stress, anxiety, be more calm and peaceful or generally connect more with self/grow spiritually. Experience not needed; just an open-mind and being willing to learn in a group setting.
