Thai yoga massage beginners weekend course
Here is a wonderful opportunity to discover authentic traditional Thai yoga massage,a dynamic healing art from south-east Asia.
Over the course of the two days you’ll learn how to give relaxing, yet deep body work in the traditional style of northern Thailand. In simple stages you will be shown how to apply a repertoire of techniques, with plenty of supervised practice time. They range from giving gentle palm and thumb pressure, learning to use your body weight effectively, to applying passive stretches and yoga poses confidently.
This course is suitable for beginners and professional therapists alike. Ideal for relaxation and fun and also as an introduction to the professional Thai yoga massage diploma course.
