Reiki 1 training

If so this one day workshop could be for you!

All my Reiki one training takes place in a friendly, supportive, informal and relaxed environment. You will enjoy the benefits of learning Reiki in small groups ensuring your individual needs are met.

This one day workshop includes:

• An introduction to what Reiki is, its history and the Reiki ideals.
• An introduction to the energy systems of the body e.g. chakras, the aura and meridians.
• Hand positions for self-healing and healing others.
• Your Reiki one attunements.
• Discussion.
• Q&A.
• Time to practice and gain confidence.

The course fee includes your training manual, certificate and refreshments on the day. You also get a Reiki treatment with me to further support you as well as receiving ongoing email support for the rest of your Reiki journey.
